Our Pot Basket is the most traditional shape in our collection—recognizable, sculptural, and deeply rooted in the weaving heritage of Bolgatanga, Ghana.
This style is woven exclusively by master weavers due to its distinctive narrow opening and rounded base, a form that requires a high level of skill and control. The result is a strong, structured basket that holds its shape beautifully once formed.

A signature black and white handle—unique to the weaving collective we work with—adds a recognizable detail your customers will come back for.

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations in size and shape are part of the character.

Available in a range of colours. If you have a preferred palette, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Important Care Note:
All Bolga baskets are shipped folded for safe transport. Upon arrival, simply dampen or briefly submerge the basket in water and shape it by hand. This process restores the structure and allows the basket to reach its full form.

Materials & Craftsmanship:
Handwoven from elephant grass using traditional techniques passed down through generations. Each basket is made by one of over 360 artisans we partner with in northern Ghana.
