Shipping and Returns

Thank you for shopping with Big Blue Moma. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 


You have 14calendar days from the date of your orders receipt, to notify us of your return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. 

Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or has a defect as a result of the maker process, a full refund or replacement will be issued by us once we have determined the nature of the damage.

If your item is damaged in shipping, please notify us and include the carriers tracking number so we can make a claim on your behalf or assist you in making a claim with the carrier.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The time delay to receive the credit will depend on your card issuer's policies.  


Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Shipping Policy (Wholesale Only)

Big Blue Moma works with our wholesale customers to ensure both efficient and affordable shipping of wholesale orders.  Our primary carrier is Purolator however if you have a preferred carrier we will work with your suggestions.

Please note; our baskets are lightweight, but they are big, and bulky.  Companies who require “cubing” (measuring of box dimensions) tend to be more expensive.  We have found Canada post to NOT be the most affordable option for Wholesale Order shipping, nor is if the most efficient.  We have worked with Purolator since 2008 and have great confidence in their services.  

Damaged Items

If and item in your shipment is damaged or has a defect as a result of the maker process, a replacement or credit on your next order will be issued by us once we have determined the nature of the damage.

In the event of a damaged wholesale shipping please first notify the carrier and provide details of the damage to them, then let us know their process.  We will then be able to determine if a replacement is required.   

Shipping Times and Lost or Delayed Shipments

Big Blue Moma will provide you a tracking number for your order whenever possible. Depending on your location, shipping can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks. Please consult the carriers guidelines before contacting us.

It is the receivers responsibility to monitor the delivery of their shipments.   Delays of over 5 days beyond the carriers estimated delivery date should be reported to us. If a shipment is lost or delayed, we will work with both the carrier and our customers to ensure it is either located or replaced.
