Wholesale Terms with Big Blue Moma

Minimum Orders

We require a minimum dollar value order for all wholesale orders, in any combination of styles or sizes.

If you’re unsure where to start, we’re happy to help you build an opening order that supports strong sell-through.

Product Selection

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece is one of a kind.

We make every effort to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee:

  • exact colours
  • specific patterns
  • identical shapes

Our collections are organized by:

  • Style
  • Natural Palette (earth tones, black, navy, natural fibres)
  • Traditional Palette (bright, multicolour designs)

Automatic Substitutions

To ensure timely fulfillment, we may substitute items of equal value if something is unavailable.

Substitutions will always:

  • match the original style as closely as possible
  • stay within the same palette when feasible

If you prefer no substitutions, please let us know at the time of ordering.

Pricing

All wholesale pricing is listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We intentionally maintain strong retail pricing and encourage our partners to do the same. Our pricing reflects:

  • the handmade nature of the products
  • fair wages for artisans
  • higher shipping costs due to product size

We do not offer additional volume discounts beyond our wholesale pricing.

Pricing & Shipping Disclaimer

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the realities of international sourcing, pricing and shipping costs are subject to change.

Pricing Adjustments
Wholesale prices may change due to:

  • material cost fluctuations
  • exchange rate changes (GHS / USD / CAD)
  • international freight conditions

All confirmed orders are honored at the agreed-upon price.

Shipping Estimates

Shipping is estimated at 15% of your order total at checkout.

Final shipping costs are calculated once your order is packed and measured.

  • Any overages will be refunded
  • Significant differences will be communicated prior to shipment

Because baskets are lightweight but large, shipping is based on volume (“cubing”), not just weight.

Currency

Currency conversions shown on the site are approximate. Final charges may vary depending on exchange rates at the time of payment.
