ELIGIBILITY This is our business to business portion of our website. If you are not a business please visit out retail site to purchase baskets.
CANADIAN & US ORDERS Are F.O.B. our warehouse in Calgary, Alberta. Freight charges are determined by the carrier and charge to the customer at the time of shipping. Orders are shipped out with Canada Post or Purolator unless otherwise specified by the customer. No order will be shipped out without receiving payment in full.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS Are F.O.B. Bolgatanga Ghana and shipped out with Ghana Post. Carrier charges are determined once the order is picked and weighed at which time you will receive an invoice. No order will be shipped out without receiving payment in full.
HOW TO ORDER Once you have set up an account with us, our wholesale site is the best way to order however shipping charges will be added afterwards and charged separately. You may also call us at 403-815-8049 OR email us at email@example.com.
SHOW ORDERING We know how great it is to pick exactly what you want which is why we offer appointment shopping at retail shows. Please feel free to email us in advance if you plan to order at a show so we can stock up. If you want to order at a show and didnt make an appointment, eyelash fluttering can work on the last day of the show-but all minimums and payment terms still apply and an appointment must be made with Moma.
STOCK We make every effort to accommodate special requests however sue to the volume of inventory (and ALL of it one of a kind) it is almost impossible to guarantee specific baskets. This being said, we also have been known to load up Arty the Airstream for cross country trips, allowing our customers to hand pick from our massive selection. We do our best to let you know when we are in your are, but if you really want us to visit, send us a note and we will see what we can do.
WHOLESALE PRICING All prices are listed in CANADIAN dollars. All authorized retailers will receive 50% off the MSRP, plus the cost of shipping. Our retail prices are stable on our site, we will never undercut our wholesalers and sales are extremely rare on our site. We view our relationships with our wholesale customers as a partnership and will never compete with them.
OPENING ORDERS We do not specify a dollar amount for opening order however we request a minimum order of 20 baskets or varying sizes. If you are unsure of what to order, our customer service team (Moma, Pop, Steph and Heidi) can help you put together an opening order that can “wow” your customers and your staff. Its important to know; the more you have, the more you will sell so if you are confident you will sell lots-buy lots-you will save shipping costs in the long run.
RE-ORDERS Re orders must also equal 20 baskets of varying shapes and sizes.
SUBSTITUTIONS Big Blue Moma will substitute baskets of equal value if any are missing from your order unless otherwise requested. Trust us when we say; we have your best interest in mind when we do this. We will substitute one of similar palette whenever possible.
METHOD OF PAYMENT Visa, MC, Amex, Debit, Cash or E transfer. We do not accept post dated checks and prefer no checks in general but we will make rare exceptions.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING We make every effort to ship out within three days of ordering unless we are on the road, in which case we will let you know. It is rare we ship out over one week but please allow for plenty of time for your order to arrive-we can not control shipping and transport times. Shipping/handling charges will be calculated and added to your order total when it ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS Sometimes minor defects get missed. Please let us know of any damages within two weeks of receiving your order. Send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can issue a credit on your account. We do not ship replacements until you re order. If you decide not to order from us again, we will issue a refund for any damaged baskets once those baskets have indeed,, been determined not saleable by us.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise as noted above.
CONSIGNMENT At this time, we are not able to do consignment.
VOLUME ORDERS Please note that our items are purchased fair trade and travel far to get to you and us. We are not able to discount items below the current wholesale offering price.
